Hello everyone, I’m Zhou Jun. I’m a post-90s.I’ve worked for BSM almost 9 years and it’s very honored be promoted to the Chief mate after passing the interview of marine superintendent from BSM HK and will join M.V INTERLINK EQUITY as Chief mate shortly. It’s very grateful to the BSM for providing us a wonderful  stage which could make our dreams come true.

I joined BSM family in 2010 and grew up from deck cadet. Before I served in container fleet of BSM Shanghai . After passed my Chief mate’s examination, I’ve been transferred to the bulk carrier fleet. I served for M/V JIN HAO and M/V KITAKAMI from May,2018.It’s a absolutely new beginning and new challenges for me, from familiar environment to unfamiliar environment. So I adjusted my mentality rapidly and accepting new challenges.  Based on finishing my own jobs well, I also worked hard to learn the Chief mate’s knowledges and jobs. I believed that “No pains,no gains”.

After completed two bulk carriers each of 9 months’ contracts, I’ve got three promotion letters from Capt.Wu Deyong, Capt.Tian Huabing and Capt.Han Baowei. Now I have successfully passed interview for Chief mate, this is not the end but just new beginning.

Thanks again to the BSM for providing an opportunity of promotion to me. I will go all out to put myself into the new jobs and rise to the new challenges.
