COURSE OBJECTIVE课程目标: 

The development of the necessary degree of safety consciousness and the achievement of high standards of safety depend on foresight, good organization and the whole-hearted support of management and of all members of the crew.
          At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
          Understand how to improve safety culture on board;
          Understand the function of safety committee;
          Describe the methods for carrying out risk assessment;
          Describe how to carry out Formal Safety Assessment;
          State the way to find true cause of an accident;
          Explain how an accident can be avoided.
